Today was the big day of Daxton turning ONE!! I still cannot believe how fast the past year has went. He is such a big boy that he dropped one of his naps today and thought he could hang with all of the big kids. FedEx showed up with a four wheeler, from family in California, I just laughed watching Malon put it together wrong. :)
Layla picked out what kind of cake to make Dax, cherry chip with cherry frosting, "Daxy loves pink momma"!! Whatever you say Layla... daycare kids enjoyed the cake as much, if not more than Dax.
Layla had show n' tell at school today and all she shared was that it was her baby brothers birthday and she was so excited!
The big party is on Saturday so there will be more to talk about then.
Tomorrow is the day of 1 year check up and I am dreading that. If any of you have had the wonderful opportunity to hear my little man cry it is one God awful thing, something from the movies, horror movies that is....and there is no stopping him when he doesn't want to be stopped.
It has been such a good day but I cant help but get just little choked up over how big he has gotten....it amazes me.
Yeah! You are back! Happy birthday Dax!
